Material Authorization (RMA) |

| Return products are processed, logged, identified
and routed through Receiving. Operation Management resolved
RMA, performs corrective actions and issues of warranty. The
request of corrective action are completed within 2 weeks. |

| Training |
| |
| Assembly operators and technicians are trained
and certified. Some of the certifications include parts identification,
workmanship standards, rework, equipment operation maintenance,
ESD, SPC, Continuous Improvement and ISO 9002. |

| Communication |
| |
| Communication between our staff and our customer
is encouraged. We welcome on-site visits, program review, problem
resolutions, material and design layout issues, source inspection,
goal setting and future program planning. All agreements, instruction
and modifications are to be documented through fax or e-mail.
We believe "Communication" is the key to a successful
relationship with our customers. |
