Control |
| |
| Any Engineering Change Order (ECO) or change
affecting a job is distributed directly to the job folder with
specific instructions. The customer must approve any proposed
modifications to the schedule or price of the job before the
job is continued. |
| |
| First Article |
| |
| The initial process setups and first off assemblies
are verified and released for production run after detailed
first article evaluations are completed. First article reports
are documented and placed in the working job file. As an option,
the first article report and article may be held for customer
review prior to production release. The reason is that some
articles have impact on scheduling. The first article board
is used as a physical reference during the run and is tagged
for this purpose. |
| |
| Subsequent setups are also verified by repeating
the initial first article. |
| |
| Customer Source inspection is invited at any
time. |
