| All production assembly units including component parts and
hardware is consigned to the Work Order as owned and delivered
by the customer. Incoming kits are checked against the Bill
of Material (BOM) for accurate count, part identification, date
codes, proper packaging and damage. The customer is contacted
before the commencement of a job if discrepancies emerge. The
customer is responsible for the condition and accuracy of the
material as received by DPA Engineering. DPA Engineering will
assist in defining and resolving discrepancies. |

| Material is identifies and sub-kited for release to the appropriate
shop floor process. From this point on, DPA Engineering is responsible
for the material. Proper ESD handling is enforced throughout
the facility. |

Review, Document Control and Job Planning |

| All Documents and electronic files are logged and controlled
systematic processes. Stencils, test fixtures, placement programming
and floor process travelers are prepared. A master job file
is maintained and contains all customer documents. A working
shop floor job file is assembled and released with the job providing
clear definition and availability of production requirements
throughout the process. |
