| The objective of the quality program at DPA Engineering is
to assure that the products and services provided meets and
exceeds the expectations of our customers. |

| DPA Engineering is entering a growth mode, expanding its
range of SMT and mixed technology services while maintaining
personalized services, quick turnaround times and high quality
for a competitive price. Our services include custom engineering
prototype jobs, quick turns of consignment material kits, short
runs and low to medium volume production. |

| In response to our increasing business we are developing
and implementing our policies, procedures and operating systems
in compliance with ISO 9001:2000. We have established a relationship
with an internationally recognized registrar who can supports
us during final assessments and final certifications. |

| Our growth philosophy is to have formal systems and procedures
in place and to be prepared to quickly add resources such as
space, equipment, throughput rates and personnel. The functional
responsibilities illustrated on the organizational chart are
overlapped by in-house and contract management. This strategic
alignment will move the company successfully through its expansion. |
